Fast and salt water flushes.

Dear All, I'm new here so Hello!

I've has Candida since 2008 and after many short lived attempts at diet plans and fast's I'm starting a all out 14 day fast.

I wanted to ask about people's personal experiences or gain insight based from factual research regarding salt water flushes while fasting.

I'm aware salt water flushes are effective due to there intensity, are they too intense while fasting?
