Thank you very much. I needed to hear that. I had some a bit ago, and also have a huge bag of flax seed I may grind as a sub to the psyllium. It's truly amazing the difference adding the Bentonite has been, after years of trying the same things, I know the Bentonite must be amazing at alkalizing. I also would like to back of the enemas as you suggested, but what can I do to keep things moving...or at least for relief when I'm becoming sick from it. Senna leaf tea does not seem to work well for me. Is it ok to drink some water with epsom salt?

I'm just trying to make it through my next week with out any severe die off, reactions, or getting worse from not treating things. I have to be able to think and I'm trying to just remain relatively neutral if that's possible. I'm not sure how to achieve that. Do you recommend I also steer clear of the coffee enemas during this time? I was only doing them because the die off was extreme, but I know now a big part of my suffering was due to the scattering which I initiated with the other more extreme enemas.
