The "Nonsense" comment is directed at Chrisb1 who I really doubt has done a long term fast.

I've been chronichly(sp) tired for over 10 years. The stuff I see in the toilet now looks like something I could make a horror movie about. I also suffered cancer, and numerous other problems many of which are still there. I also only have one kidney.

I feel like this fast is just killing me, but I know the ego just wants me dead.

Here's to removing the junk
