I cant agree more. Eating foods for which we were anatomically designed to eat as opposed to the processed type foods and wheat based foods has made all the difference for me.... in short Fruits, Seeds, Nuts, Shoots, Sprouts and green leafy veggies, preferably in their raw state.
Those with constipation issues would serve them selfs well by finding out as much as possible which foods do not create or form mucus. The mucus forming foods only add to the problem.
Eating the right foods is one thing, but cleaning out the accumulated waste that has created the problem is the other side of the coin. For me the bowel formulae I mentioned worked very well in this respect, and continues to do so.
