POTS, Dysautonomia questions

Hey guys. Just finished a bunch of testing with some conventional docs. Found out I have POTS. Anyways, how many here with AF have POTs, or Orthostatic issues? I'm trying to figure out what I should focus my treatment on. So, does the POTS cause the adrenals to become fatigued, resting heart-rate when standing is 120-140. That would cause anybody to be tired, as the heart is working so hard. Or, does the adrenal fatigue cause POTS?? (Chicken and the Egg, I know) Heart-rate and BP is controlled by Aldosterone and Renin, mine were shown to be low. Just want some others input here.

So crazy all these things are related. POTS, CFIDS, AFS, NMS, OI, FM, etc. De-conditioning seems to be the end result. Freud back in the 20's called this Neurasthenia, the modern term is dysautonomia.
