Red Poop?

Last week I finished a round of Humaworm. I started drinking apple juice for the past 6 days in preparation for my Liver Flush tomorrow. I just did a coffee enema and out came the coffee and stool except the water was a dark red. Is this blood? I have no pain except a little nausea and disdain for apples from drinking all this apple juice.

Also, since I never post on here, should I fast tomorrow or eat a light breakfast? I want a good liver flush, I hope you understand.
