Always happy to read a story like this, helps me keep the faith in human beings (because I am, of course, a Martian..).

But jokes aside, you beat the many demons in your life, and that's the most important thing you could ever accomplish. "You don't know Peace 'til you've had suffering" as they say...well I think you know a good share of Peace right now.
