heart worms in dog

I am looking for information regarding my rescue dog who happened to have heart worms.
I was presented with either euthanize her or arsenic injection. I was not comfortable with either.
I believe herbs will help I am just very inexperience with herbs.
This is what I have been doing
3 Artemisia combination on empty stomach
2 HSII plus 1 Coq10 with AM meal
2HSII plus 1/2 Black-Walnut with PM meal
3 Artemisia before bed time.

Black walnut I give for 5 days and then 2 days off.

It is 12capsules daily and my dog is not a big eater so I am literally opening her mouth and push down the pills. It has been over a month and i still have three to go to get rid of her heart worms.

Now ....could anybody tell me what to do with her heart worms??
I had her checked and X-ray showed that heart is a normal size, but her lungs are inflamed means that worms are there.
Her over all health is great.

i keep a diary and observe her behavior how she does while on herbs. So her energy level has increased she is more playful. Her nose is wet and cold which was not before. however when she is on Black-Walnut she has no appetite and when off Black-Walnut her appetite is back.

looking forward for some information
