I've never read anything really on Weston Price. I have read that Vit A helps balance hormones. I have taken Cod liver oil in small to moderate amounts here and there and felt that it did help me feel better when I had excess estrogen symptoms.
Like you, I've tried a lot of different things and I'm no longer interested in any extreme sort of diet or protocol. I do think that a lot of illness (and mine in particular) comes from a nutrient deficiency and I'm interested in making sure I get those nutrients.
Do you have any links to these sources about the Vit A from animal sources being better?
I also have problems with my eye sight, especially if there is not enough light in the room.
