Day 8, really bad headache last night lasted for hours.
First one of this cleanse, I missed my SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and took a bikram yoga class...so who knows why?
Ive been having bad calf leg cramps for the last two days.
But today is another day, feeling good and heading to yoga again.
