Brain damage from antipsychotics

Does anyone know about brain damage caused by antipsychotics? i.e. cognitive and motor function deteriorating by taking them. I'm wondering how long you would need to take them and at what dose to get this brain damage, and to what extent it affects your functioning. Any chance at all I can get this information? Tweet
