I really dont know how or why this works for me but I had hypoglycemia to the point of having to eat every few hours and not being able to handle any type of fast carbohydrate.
I started taking about 3 grams (6 capsules of 500 mgs bladderwrack kelp) and in about a week hypoglycemia was about 80-90% eliminated. I dont have clinical evidence of hypothyroid and other types of kelp dont work for me.
