I Think I Know What Went Wrong From the Get Go Chrisb1

Been 7 hours since my last meal. Bloated and digestion is going very slow. I still look like someone who is suffering from serious malnutrition. Pale face and hands, low blood pressure (104/63), insomnia, muscles spasms, and crawling skin. Same stuff as before. I am going back to a Water Fast now and am hoping to hit ketosis soon. I'm hoping 1- 1.5 days. I broke my fast 3.5 days ago and only ate fruit and some steamed veggies so I'm hoping ketosis comes back quickly.


Here is where I think I went wrong from the beginning that got me here.

The fast went for 20 days and I began to develop twitches and spasms before I broke the fast. This is what also convinced me to end the fast prematurely. Now I detoxed a ton of bad things out, but why did this happen?

My hypothesis is that I was using bottled spring water and hard tap on occasion. This is where I think I went wrong. I should have been using distilled water like Shelton preaches. Had no idea I was supposed to use that but it certainly makes sense. My body was detoxing sludge and dealing with balancing electrolytes with the minerals coming in.

I am now back to pure fasting and just went out and bought a few jugs of distilled water and am sipping on it now. Taste great. Wow. Just checked my blood pressure and its back up to 108/70 after about an hour of swings of distilled water and 7.5 hours of no food. I think that's a good sign. Gonna let my body work out the electrolytes with pure distilled water and without hardness in spring and tap water.

I am going to get back into ketosis, drink distilled water only, and fast until natural hunger comes back. I never felt that sensation and I'm going to wait until it comes back because my digestion is effectively shut down right now. I do not have that much fat left at all. I was 145 when I started, got down to about 122.5 after the 20 days and am now back at 127.5. That 5 pounds is deceiving though because a lot of that is bloated water weight. I don't see where any real fat has been added.
