Potassium iodide and MMS

I am interested in learning if anyone uses both KI and mms or if it is suggested to use one or the other.

I am battling a chronic invasive sinus issue which is causing vision loss in one eye but has traveled to second eye. The pathogen we inhaled in May 2008 but has o gets worse if I take Antibiotics . Ketoconazole and fluconazole has helped in the past.
