Yep, that's what I use, Humaworm adult capsules. You take two caps 30 minutes before breakfast and two more 30 minutes before dinner. Do this for 30 days and start another 30 day round 6 months later, I do my rounds in May and November.
Lately I've been emptying the caps into a glass of water because I like the taste of Humaworm, it has a nice spicy taste.
The Humaworm Curezone forum has a ton of info even though it's not really moderated anymore. It's worth reading.
