For those of you that read up on the Gerson Diet, don't feel overwhelmed because I did not follow it by the book. I modified the version that was comfortable for me. For example, I did not make 13 juices a day. I only had 3, one with each meal. I did not take all of the supplements, just the ones I felt I needed. I did, however, follow the diet plan and ate (never deviated) within the guidelines. Remember, you have to be ready to give up food that no longer nourishes your body. This is a lifestyle change but it is doable, even if you work all day.
