I put 1 tsp baking soda in a liter of water and drink it throughout the day. It seems to be the only thing that helps me have a sense of normalcy by relieving my chronic brain fog. I've tried to use lemon/lime water instead, but it's not the same.
I've read a lot about the benefits of ingesting baking soda, but it comes with some warnings as well. Is it safe to drink this every day until my body adjusts and balances itself out? Should I alternate?
