People with poor digestive function should try to ascertain where, how and why this occurring. Once again, it boils down to cause. in my clinic we always first at least try to establish the exciting cause (what got the person into this mess in the first place) and the maintaining causes (what keeps 'em in this mess). Poor digestive function can nearly always be remedied. Vegetable juice fasting can be very cold and depleting for some, and while some may benefit, many unfortunately won't in my experience. Digestive enzymes and systemic enzymes may help, and there are many other "tricks" that will help get somebody back on track.
