I can't relate to what you posted. Maybe the opposite where I'm a peter pan adult.
I was thinking about the calcium shell and this is what came to mind. The hair test shows that I am not eliminating mercury, lead and cadmium. But I'm almost positive that I am eliminating it through the intestinal tract. Maybe one part of the calcium shell is that it protects parts of the body from reabsorbing metals or other poisons being released. It would make sense that you definitely do not want to be absorbing metals into your hair that are isolated in the digestive tract, right?
I can relate to the vampire syndrome though - it feels like everyone in my life vampires me and I'm drawn to these types.
Anyway I'm not technically doing the NB program so you can disregard my comments. I just got the test to see what was going on with my heavy metals. I can't follow the diet so the program is out for me at this point in time.
