You should try some melatonin. It's the hormone produced in your body that regulates your sleep cycle. Your body produces less of it the older you get which is why babies sleep all the time and older people only sleep for about five hours per night. I would start with a 1-3 mg sublingual dose to begin with. It has no side effects like diphenhydramine and is actually a powerful antioxidant also. Don't stop with the MSM though. Most people don't get enough organic sulfur, and it is extremely important on the cellular level. Good luck--KB.
