Re: Water fasting alone - Possible?

Hello Lazytomato :)

The recovery time should be equal to the amount of days u are water fasting.

Example from my own Water Fasting experience which I mentioned several times already here and do it again for u.. I remember I completed 10 days Water Fast and as it was advised here was determined to re-feed myself properly for 10 days too (first on fresh juices or fruits then fruits then fruits and veggies, I think on day 4 or so a bit of raw oil or a bit of avocado, on day 6-7 proteins and carbs).. So I did all that and also obviously sticking to right combining of food. On day 8 of re-feeding I decided to go for something unhealthy. So I ate chocolate, and then pasta with souse. Result?? I was all Pale and weak with burning feeling in my stomach and diarea. Which day it was? Day 8 (!) of my RE-feeding after 10 day water fast.

And now return to the advice given - 1 day recovery for every 5 days of fasting?? So based on this Guess I needed to start eating perhaps whatever i wanted to or even a piece of steak with raw salad on day TWO? Hm.............................. O.o.. :/ :/

The longer the fast the more CAREFUL u need to be with RE-feeding and the longer amount of days u need to take for it.

:)
