Re: Non-phenolic natural antifungals?

I believe caprylic acid is not phenolic. From what I understand from past reading, phenols in foods and herbs generally have a smell. Not sure where I read that.
Caprylic acid comes in capsules, tastes a little like soap, but doesn't have much smell at all, if that helps.
