Water Fast and u are asking simple questions u need to know as 'abc' even to start with??... Hm.
1) ok, u are about to start a
Water Fast then, as the name states - WATER ONLY. If u are concerned about ur body reserves and u did not eat well (healthwise)b4 the beginning ur fast then u DO need to prepare urself for it by eating healthy PLANT based food (raw juices, raw salads the amount of which we increase gradually but surely, greens, healthy proteins and so on), also no meat for quite a some time b4 u go for it (ideal option). If u do so then it will be sooo much easier for u to stick with a fast and esp 3-4 days when u will feel hungry.
2) Ideally no enemas during ur fast coz ur body will deal with it itself (when i went for
Water Fast i personally drank sena tea to 'clean' my bowel couple of day B4 so it was ok for me. If u eat plant based diet then do not bother about it coz it is all FIBER.
3) When u break ur fast or even b4 u start it u NEED TO DO SOME READING OF HOW TO BREAK IT PROPERLY. Coz if u eat wrong ESP AFTER 40 DAYS u could see angels. Ya, it is THAT serious!.... I personally did 2 10 dayers of being just on water and on day 8 of my re-feeding i eat wrong food and i felt SOOOOOOOO bad being all pale and my stomach was hurting a big time and i had dearea. Nah... I mean NAH, I know HOW it all feels!.. And u are coming here WOWing the public about to be a Hero by going for 40 days and asking such simple questions!
Do first water fast every week 24-36 hh and see how properly u can finish it and then eat well in between. then may be a week and AGAIN re-feed urself properly after and SEE how well u do it.... Also consider
Water Fasting on special centers where they will watch uall ur fast and re-feeding after.
As for re-feeding question.. I am sure this question will be answered either by forum here with time or by YOU after u make a lil effort to do some reading about it.
Just remember, u will not solve ur health issues, be it weightloss or simply detox if u not gonna stick to ur health life style after.. I say even more.. u could damage ur health more or well surely get more weight if u gonna return to ur old eating habits.
