There are several papers that look at the similarities between morphogensis of S. cerevisiae and C. albicans. Some have found that certain genetic components in candida can induce morphogenesis in S. cerevisiae:

This affect most likely works both ways, given the similar pathways involved with both species. Whether or not this actually happens is not well known yet, so there aren't any specific recommendations yet as to whether avoiding S. boulardii would provide an advantage.

I believe that I saw on one site where S. boulardii shouldn't be taken when consuming undecenoic acid.
