Re: No beneficials?
When you have "no beneficials" you need to find out why, it is rather silly to think that be throwing copious amounts of probiotics you will remedy this. I would tend to look more closely at the person's diet, especially what kind of pre-biotic fibers they are consuming. I'd also be interested in their upper GI health and try to work out is stress comes into the equation. Cultured and fermented foods help a heck of a lot here, and I've seen some nice changes occur quite quickly. A product called Molkosan (whey) can remedy a NG lactobacillus rather quickly, sometimes within a few weeks.
I just had a case this morning of a 38 year old mechanic with candida since he was 8 years of age, a seriously bad case of jock itch and one of the worst I've seen in the past several years. He has been written-off by 5 different doctors. I discovered a seriously bad back problem on close examination and his toxicity levels are most excessive, so I will need to refer him to an expert chiropractic friend and work for 3 - 6 months with a good detox. It will take about a year and a half to get him right in my estimation, a bad case "not being able to be cured" as you put it. These often become excellent patients who stay committed to treatment.
