Juicing: before or after coffee enema?
To get the best effects from green juicing, would it be better to drink them before or after a coffee enema?
Green juices have a strong cleansing effect on me usually leading to a bowel movement. This may help to boost the cleansing effect of the coffee enema.
On the other hand, the enema first may enhance the digestion of the green juice.
Anyone?
