I've tried to treat my parents remotely and they seemed to respond but at that time I used only written instructions and no DNA samples, which I use now. I haven't seen my parents since October and couldn't try their DNA yet. Going to start when I'm back home in summer.
I think my Dad has pretty high levels of metal toxicity, which explains why he didn't really feel any scripts. But he felt Helicobacter pylori script, which I know is an issue with him. It provoked very strong pains in his stomach and he asked me to stop the treatment.
My Mum felt the freqs much more noticeably.
