Headaches from "Sinusitis and allergies" for 20 years turns out its WHEAT!!!

So I wan't to share my AMAZING life changing discovery! For years I have head ongoing headaches non stop. Painful headaches that effect my face and forehead into my jaws and teeth. They always diagnosed me with "sinusitis" and gave me a Rx. I started going to a holistic dr for entirely different reasons and he took me off wheat for those (wheat causes inflammation and I have/had a large cyst in my right ovary)Any who, I finally went hard core and knocked it out of my diet. I had grown so use to this headache I didn't know what it was like NOT to have it UNTIL THE DAY IT STOPPED!!! =) it was especially horrible anytime i'd bend over to pick something up where I would move my head a lot and kind of fast. And for the first time ever NO PAIN I literally stopped right there and said wait a minute somethings different here NO PAIN. And I thought about it for a second and I had just stopped the wheat in my diet. I looked it up online to see if it effects sinus's and found a article of a man who literally spent his whole life like I did tons of Dr's vists Rx's and every allergy test and shot in the world EXCEPT FOR A WHEAT ONE! Get a clue people Normal Dr's AND SPECIALISTS (ive seen plenty of them!) either don't want you to know these things or literally don't know it themselves they learn what pill aka "CHEMICAL" will "TREAT" not "CURE" you and THATS IT! A few weeks later I made indian for my husband and I just couldn't resist the naan (bread) so I ate a little bit next day my headache was back! 4 weeks of no wheat and NO PAIN AT ALL. My stomach was upset today and I didn't feel like cooking my only choice was a wheat one and I figured it'd be a good 3rd test even though i'm already sold and sure enough not even 2 minutes after my meal my head started aching! My husband has a wheat allergy as well I always wondered why EVERY TIME he drank a beer he would not stop sneezing and his nose would stuff up so bad he couldn't breath through it!
