Cholestepure

Does anyone have suggestions for taking Cholestepure by Pure Encapsulations.

I am waiting to see on lyme tests but i know i have mercury issues, CFS, SIBO, bartonella issues and failed in the VSA test in both eyes. So i think i have mold or mycotoxins. I wanted to try this but wondered if you take with or without food?

I also bought Biotics Research KAPPAREST to help pull out what the Cholestepure is grabbing.

I am not sure how best to take that either. I don't want to have it effect my supplements or medications.

I have started slow with one twice a day and so far am fine.
