Hulda Clark Cleanses

1/4 teaspoon w/ liter of water for 5 days now. very bad sinus headaches, blurry vision and dry flaky skin. (lower back pain but not from borax.) hope these are the signs of a successful detox?? any thoughts or advice?? using 20 mule too. thx.
