White layered objects in stool

Hi I have been having abdominal pain and diarrhea for about a month now which was thought to be related to an Antibiotic Doryx but was ruled out by doctors. I recently have been taking metamucil (about 3 days) and stools are returning to normal but my ab pain still persists. I just found 2 of these white segments in my stool and was wondering if it could be a parasite? It really doesn't look at all like anything I ate recently.
