Sorry I didn't see your post until now.

I had a scope down the throat which the doctors decided to do - and the buggers just went straight up behind behind my sinuses and came back into the throat after the scope!

Anything that goes hunting for them with a bright light will make them move fast.... Doctors thought I was a joke... but I felt the migration after the scope and it was such a nightmare.

I've recently been doing prazi and it seems to be helping after I sneezed up a live fluke onto the carpet - and now I have a positive ID on what's been ailing me.. and I think Ascaris might have come up with the migration too... but the flukes are the most unsettling...
