If you send me a copy (send me a PM) and I'll be happy to interpret. Did you do the CDSA - three stool samples including parasitology? There is a lot of information to be gained from a comprehensive test, not just the candida component. Low amounts of beneficials (especially if your L.acidophilus is NG or Nil Growth) in not good, it could signify the commensals could exhibit good or bad traits. I call the commensal bacteria the "politicians" of bowel flora, they can be great in good company (healthy levels of beneficials) or nasty in bad company (NG of beneficials). They are easily influenced and can swing either way quickly. And like a politician, they can act like kids or like adults depending on who is in the room at the time, lol.
What is your sIgA, lysozyme and SCFA panel like? You need to look at the entire test, not just at the yeast panel. And, are you referring to the microscopy of yeast or the culture panel?
