Eleuthero (Siberian Ginseng) Causing Pain in Adrenal Gland!

I started Siberian Ginseng (eleuthero) yesterday for Adrenal Fatigue. Just after dosing on an empty stomach I felt a burning pain in my right adrenal. This is the same pain I feel if I drink a sugary soda or sometimes after orgasm.

Is this a sign that the Eleuthero is too stimulating and I shouldn't use it?
