Dieoff/Herx from Treating Adrenal Fatigue

i have lyme and adrenal fatigue. I have been taking antimicrobials for a long time but have recently hit a wall in my treatment. I realized my adrenals are in terrible shape so I have begun to take some supplements geared towards rebuilding the adrenals.

I am taking StressCare by Himalayan Herbal healthcare, profound essence by dragon herbs, and adrenal cortex by thorne research.

I have been having heart palpitations and swollen lymph nodes since beginning the supplements. I also have a pressure inside my head. I have experienced all these symptoms before when herxing from lyme in the past.

Is it likely that I am experiencing a herxhemier/die-off effect from rebuilding my adrenals?
