Re: Can you mix powdered herbs?

I wouldn't want to do that because then you cannot take the Schisandra without also taking the yucca.  And if it's not completely mixed how do know which ratio of each herb?  Or what if you develope a bad reaction to the yucca and should not be taking it anymore, but the Schisandra is still beneficial for you?  I think it's better to keep them seperate and well labeled.
