I think it might prove to be one of the best things I ever bought. I have a little trouble getting in since my legs are so weak, but once in I can tilt and rock with no trouble or stress from impact. The rocking motion is supposed to be as good for lymphatic cleansing as the rebounder or Chi Machine. Since I cannot stand up on the rebounder, and cannot afford a Chi Machine, I'm thankful to have this. There have been no miraculous healing in my back, but I am taking things very slowly.
If you are interested I bought the Life Gear model on Walmart.com, it was easy to assemble, and looks very sturdy, it says it will take a person up to 350 pounds. Intensesmile got his table at Sam's Club.
