The moderator James Sloane alias "Hveragerthi" is a guru when it comes to herbs and food. He is incredibly knowledgeable on the physiology of the body and advocate of all things herbs. He's now left the forum now but his invaluable information and advice on all things herbs is still available for reading under The Truth In Medicine forum.

Let us know if you try it, like I said, I've been meaning to give it a go myself due to massive collagen and bone loss, if it could help with displacing metals in the body, that would massive bonus!
