Re: Water fasting gave me Hypoglycemia

My work was not intensive. To say that the labor I do somehow caused me to develop hypoglycemia instead of the fast is simply grasping at straws.

And I started getting hypoglycemic symptoms BEFORE I had started work on that day.


The problem is that many people here will preclude the possibility that it was the fast itself.

If anything resting could have made it more potentially dangerous. I didn't realize it was a hypoglycemic event at the time and thought I could just simply "rest through it" if I hadn't been working.

Knowing the kind of people who tend to support waterfasting, I could have been on the floor going into cardiac arrest and they would be saying that it's merely a detox symptom.
