The formula I read suggested Apple Juice for several days to clean out the bowel. I drank Apple juice for several days until all that was coming out was apple juice, then i did a Olive-Oil and Lemon juice flush. But I also used Epsom Salts to help eliminate and force an upper enema and used a hot water bottle enema just prior to doing th flush.
