Red poop and stomach pain for a week.

I have had this kind of stool for about a week now. I have had small amounts of pain aftering pooing on the right side of my stomach. No pushing or straining to poo at all. Also above average hand and leg cramps and headaches. Over last few months I have had more and more #2 visits to the bathroom. Thanks for any help you can provide. Tweet
