Something weird in my poop. Flat leaflike parasite, pruny thing, and wormlike thing - doing carrot juice cleanse - can anyone identify?

I've been finding weird things in my poop, since starting a carrot juice cleanse, and warm water enemas. Anyone have any clue what the leaf like thing is? I'm assuming the long stringy thing is some sort of worm. Also, no clue what the bigger chunk of pruny looking thing is. Usually I find those in small chunks, but one day this long piece came out.
