Re: Which unrefined salt?

I have used himalayan salt for years. Lately I have added black salt (volcanized), sulfured salt, some white Sea Salt ,too (Maldon)

The rock salt from 150.000 years ago have no contamination, per se, but contains 80 ish different trace elements of the periodic system.

The celtic and other greyish salts from the sea of today will typically contain some 60 different trace elements.
The contamination will be sligthly higher in these salts.
