Hi! I've been doing The Master Cleanse at least once a year. My last cleanse was in October and did it for about 19 days then made a few attempts which kept sputtering and dying - hard to get the right timing. I recently moved back to my parents house and I have some regressive eating habits here that need some rethinking.
This year, I decided to try it after Easter. I want to keep the weight off by not only relying on The Master Cleanse but also through exercise. I hated exercise before but recently, I'm willing to give it a try as long as I remember I'm not doing it simply to lose weight for the joy of it.
