Re: taking KI daily?

How much do you take? I think next to you I'm the craziest and started with 2g pure KI in capsules . IDK what came to me at that moment, but I had severe stomach aches and dark, suicidal thoughs a week after and now I'm fine trying to find a dosage I  ; S E T tle on. According to MD Abraham one can reach "saturation" in taking 25-50mg daily. But I wonder how much it takes to push FL and other halogens/metals out and keep the heart and cardiovascular health protected from these continuous hazards that surround us? 200mg? 400? maybe even 900?
