Does Magnetic pulser worsen a Inguinal hernia?

I was wondering if you have any advice about using the magnetic pulser on hernias?
My brother had a hernia situation since childhood..where if he coughed too hard or sneezed too hard, he would get a bump in the groin area..then he could easily push it back down..and it was never really painful. I let my brother use the magentic pusler machine for 1 month (he also used silver pulser), and now his hernia hurts. ..as in when he standing it hurts the hernia....


Im sure it could have been some recent straining or whatever that caused it...... but he used to strain a lot and it never happened. His hernia never hurted.
My question is: is it possible that magnetic pulser could have weaken that hernia spot even more?

Also, is it safe to use it on the hurting hernia now?

Eventually he will get surgery in near future ..is it ok to use it pre and post surgery on the hernia?

Your advice would be greatly appreciated
And any diet nutrition tips for hernias?
