The advice would be the same as what he gave the other poster. The liver book. (look in the library) the "cancer is not a disease.." book-- Both of these will go a long way to dispelling your fear, and letting you regain your health. Sincerely. The only use the fear has is to get you to pay attention. After you do, you can let it go--esp. as you learn there is nothing to fear, only something to remedy. Deep breaths.
