Sabstitutes to milk..

Hi Longterm..

The thread of comments is too long and perhaps it was already mentioned by someone.. I use as a sabstitute of caw milk - sesame raw milk and almond milk. Both are high in calcium esp Sesame milk (like 8-10 times more calcium than in cow milk). U can find the recipe in the net.. but i would add.. b4 blebdering soaked sesame seeds (for at least 5 h) I add in a blender 2-3 tbsp of rw carror, 1 tbsp of may be beetroot, raw ginger and then blender it all with water (usually on 100g of dry seeds after they are soaked properly, I add 500ml of water). After blendering it for 1 min or a bit more I strain it helping with a spoon. It not only gives u raw sesame milk but also fresh juices wfrom veggies... Also after I strained it i can place it in a blender again and add some greens then blender again for 30 sec and then drink without straining.

:P
