There exists a distinct advantage in not possessing any pride whatsoever. It doesn't matter what I look like and I don't need to hold my own, yours is a game I will not play at a level below my reach. I'll bet my lack of pride results in a smaller carbon foot print as I have less superficial needs to impress others with.

Your not producing enough carbon dioxide! Plants breath it. Every time you exhale you are making carbon dioxide. Plants breath it and release oxygen.

The air is getting cleaner in LA. Those coal plants are getting cleaner all the time and aren't a long term problem. Nuclear plants however have me more concerned.

If I thought Al Gores plan had any honest science behind it I would be all for it. But it is a fraud and misdirects our efforts of improving.
