Penis itch please help

My penis has been very very itchey for a week now. Its right where my circumcision scar is and above that. Its also under the curling of the top of the penis that meets the shaft. I know it's not an STD because I'm a virgin. It gets so itching too the point where I can't sleep at night. After a day of itching and I finally go to sleep It become flaky and still itches in the morning. Sometimes the underside of my penis itches and so does my testicles but not nearly as bad as where I described. Can someone please help me here before I have to go to the doctor or something... Its getting really bad and i just want it to go away. Thank you. Tweet
